Responsibilities

Work as a team player in a collaborative environment.
Interact and consult with Law Enforcement from arrest to disposition.
Interview and assist victims and witnesses through all case stages.
Communicate and negotiate with the defense bar.
Evaluate cases to determine proper outcomes (plea, diversion, dismissal, or trial).
Prepare cases for contested matters including jury trials.
Present evidence and advocate to a jury or trier of fact.
Grow as an attorney and mentor junior prosecutors.
