This leadership role is responsible for program operations, staff supervision, strategic planning, fiscal oversight, community partnerships, and ensuring high-quality services for justice-involved individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
The ideal candidate should hold a Master's Degree in a Human Services field of Study and be registered Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) as a is an innovative leader with experience in behavioral health, criminal justice, and program administration who is passionate about expanding access to treatment and supporting successful community re-entry.
