Job summary
Hampton - Newport News Community Services Board (H-NNCSB) is seeking an experienced Recovery Court Administrator to lead the Newport News Recovery Court Treatment Program and ARTS Jail-Based Services. You'll oversee operations, staff, budgets, and partnerships to deliver high-quality care for justice-involved individuals with substance use disorders.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Human Services and is a CSAC, with proven leadership in behavioral health, criminal justice, and program
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Services or related field.
- Registered Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) with Virginia Board.
- Experience leading behavioral health and criminal justice programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for Newport News Recovery Court Treatment Program and ARTS Jail-Based Services.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate clinical and program staff.
- Manage operations, staffing, budgets, contracts, and grant initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and contractual requirements.
- Monitor outcomes and quality improvement to drive excellence.
- Collaborate with judges, attorneys, probation, law enforcement, and partners.
- Oversee screening, treatment planning, case management, and continuity of care.
