Job summary

Collier County is seeking a grants management professional to administer and monitor county grant programs. You will coordinate with the County Attorney, Finance, auditors, and external partners to ensure compliance and timely execution of agreements and deliverables.

The role requires preparing scopes of work, budgets, amendments, and coordinating approvals. Strong focus on monitoring, reporting, and closeout of grant activities with attention to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all implementation aspects of assigned grants with various county offices, auditors, and external partners.
• Prepares compliant scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for written agreements and amendments; obtains Board approval as needed.
• Oversees timely and compliant completion of grants, guides partners through deliverables and pay requests, and monitors program compliance.
• Creates and maintains detailed workplans for each agreement with deadlines; conducts quarterly partner meetings to ensure objectives are met.
• Supports subrecipient monitoring, final closeout, and processing of pay requests and expenditures.
