• Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field of counseling, psychology, social work or other behavioral health field is required.
• Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice must have fifteen college level semester hours of coursework in behavioral health.

Responsabilidades

• Provide case management to consumers with mental illness in the Criminal Justice Liaison program.
• Identify service providers and coordinate resources for the population.
• Meet with providers to educate them about the organization’s programs and secure referrals.
• Monitor progress of consumers’ legal cases and ensure resources meet needs.
• Assist with referrals and linkage to community resources and advocate for consumers.

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field of counseling, psychology, social work or other behavioral health field

Criminal justice degree with behavioral health coursework (15 hours)
