Talk4less Wireless, an authorized Cricket Wireless Dealer, is looking for ambitious wireless consultants in North Bend, OR. You will deliver excellent customer service, learn new promos, manage POS tasks, and help keep the store inviting and compliant with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Wireless sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, POS systems, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive work environment.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Handle administrative tasks and filing; communicate with management to resolve issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness; stock accessories and keep displays current.
• Open/close store and secure sensitive items; ensure store is ready for customers.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
