Job summary

Talk4less Wireless in Portland, OR is seeking a driven Wireless Consultant to join our Cricket Wireless Dealer team. You will provide friendly customer service, learn promos and policies, handle administrative tasks, maintain store displays, and help open/close the store.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in retail or customer service, and comfort with POS systems and cash handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with wireless products is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, timely manner to create a positive store environment.
• Learn and communicate promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Handle administrative tasks: filing paperwork, forms, and coordinating with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays meet corporate standards.

• Promote wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced setting.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays at various locations.
