Qualifications

• Undergraduate student (sophomore or higher) with at least 30 semester hours completed.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA and ability to maintain.
• Cannot take courses while working as Co-op; may delay graduation.
• Must complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination and delivery of Crew Technology initiatives.
• Gather, organize, and clarify information for technology and business initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support problem-solving and delivery.
• Develop and improve business processes for efficiency and automation.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Support knowledge management and team documentation.
• Participate in meetings and track action items.
• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support technical and business assignments.
• Promote safety-conscious behaviors in all processes.
