Responsibilities

• Execute real-time operational decisions to allocate crew resources and ensure full flight coverage.
• Manage and resolve disruptions while maintaining regulatory and policy compliance.
• Serve as an active end user of new tools and processes.
• Leverage data to improve resource allocation and outcomes.
• Optimize crew assignments balancing safety, reliability, compliance and cost.
• Collaborate with Flight Ops, IFS, Crew Technology, IT, Analytics, Finance, and Ops Management.
• Coordinate crew trip logistics including scheduling adjustments and hotels.
