SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Crew Scheduler to collaborate with Pilots, Flight Attendants, Dispatch, and airline partners to ensure flights are covered and on time. The role involves coordinating schedules, handling calls/chats, and maintaining crewmember compliance while supporting a deadline-driven, safety-focused environment.

Primary Job Duties

As a Crew Scheduler, you'll collaborate with Pilots, Flight Attendants, Dispatch, and all four of our airline partners to keep our flights covered and operating on time. • Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
• Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously while taking phone calls and chats
• Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
• Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes

As a Crew Scheduler, you'll enjoy:

• 11-hour shifts (work 4 days one week, 3 days the next, with consecutive days off)

Physical And Other Requirements

• Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
• This job is not remote. Candidates must reside near or relocate to St. George, UT by the start of class.
