Job summary

SkyWest Airlines in Pierre, SD seeks a part-time Supervisor to lead a team of airline professionals, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a safe, efficient, on-time operation. You'll work with other supervisors to uphold standards and motivate staff.

Requirements: 18+, valid driver's license, HS diploma or GED, pass background check and drug screen, legal to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, strong communication and organization skills, and a flexible schedule including early

• Schedule flexibility including split shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Develop, supervise, and oversee all cross-utilized agents.
• Provide direction, guidance, and positive motivation for all station personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures.
• Constantly promote teamwork to achieve station goals.
• Attend company training classes as needed.
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel.
• Cross Utilized Agent duties as required.

Primary Job Duties

As a SkyWest Supervisor, you will be given the opportunity to lead by example, set a positive work atmosphere for your department, and promote our guiding principles.

• Work closely with other supervisors to maintain a consistent standard and quality environment for our employees


• Develop, supervise, and oversee all cross-utilized agents


• Provide direction, guidance, and positive motivation for all station personnel


• Ensure compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures

Minimum Requirements

• 18 years of age or older

• This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays


• This is a part-time position


• $20 per hour, plus override
