Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Fleet Service Agent for a night shift to thoroughly clean and prep aircraft for the next day’s operations. You will ensure interior and exterior cleanliness, manage supplies, and assist in hangar maintenance under supervision.

Ideal candidates will lift heavy objects, communicate clearly in English, and thrive under deadlines while maintaining safety standards. The role requires overnight shifts and availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION.
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Able to routinely lift over 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Proficient reading, writing and comprehension of English.
• Hold a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Capable of performing under stressful conditions and tight deadlines.
• Exhibits self-motivation and works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of interior and exterior SkyWest aircraft.
• Maintain and organize aircraft materials and supplies.
• Conduct limited maintenance and cleaning within the maintenance hangar and facility.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Manager, Supervisor, or Crew Leader.

Primary Job Duties

As a Fleet Service Agent, you will be tasked with ensuring that aircraft are thoroughly cleaned and properly prepared for operations the following day.

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of both the interior and exterior of SkyWest aircraft.


• Maintain and organize aircraft materials and supplies.


• Conduct limited maintenance and cleaning within the maintenance hangar and facility.


• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Manager, Supervisor, or Crew Leader.

Minimum Requirements

THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION
