Job summary

The Aerozone in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Cabin Server Scheduling Coordinator to optimize cabin server resources and develop long-range staffing plans in line with company policy. You will support Cabin Servers, Crewmembers and Operations, ensuring strong internal service and scheduling efficiency.

Key duties include forecasting staffing needs, handling PTO inquiries, and adjusting schedules to meet aircraft coverage requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust aircraft coverage to maximize utilization.
• Analyze monthly staffing against owner demand and coverage.
