Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Crew Payroll Analyst in Denver to manage flight attendant and pilot pay processes, collaborating with Crew Services, Inflight, Flight Ops and HR.

Responsibilities include payroll event audits, monthly pay detail preparation, reconcile balances, and ensuring SOX-compliant controls across pay systems. A bachelor’s in a related field and 3+ years airline payroll experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to business processes, information systems, payroll or aviation is highly desirable; combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree
• Minimum 3 years of airline industry experience (Inflight, Flight Operations or Customer Service)
• Proficiency with Crew Trac, FLiCA or similar aviation applications is a plus

Responsibilities

• Audit the accuracy of the pay events in CrewTrac using a customized tool set.
• Prepare monthly pay detail for Flight Attendant Credits, Pilot Credits, Adjustments, Per Diem, Sick and Vacation for payroll processing.
• Prepare final paycheck figures for terminated flight attendants and pilots and track materials returned.
• Assist in administrative work in preparation for assembling and processing pay reports.
• Analyze, investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies for flight attendants and pilots.
• Oversee Vacation accrual, Sick Time, and unpaid leaves by adjusting systems and reconciling balances.
