Job summary

Paradies Lagardère at Whataburger in San Antonio International Airport is seeking Crew Members to prepare products to operational and quality standards and serve with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. You will be part of a nationwide, award-winning airport concessionaire known for diversity and inclusion.

In this role, you will warmly greet guests, take orders quickly, manage payments via the POS, and stay informed about the menu and allergen information to recommend items.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entry.
• Accurately total, process and collect payments using the point-of-sale system in compliance with cash handling procedures.
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu and products; make recommendations for guests, including allergen considerations.
• Create and deliver first-class experiences for travelers in a diverse airport environment.
