Wendy's of Western Virginia is hiring Crew/Team Members for in-person positions across Roanoke and Lynchburg. You will greet customers, take orders at the counter or drive-thru, process payments, and ensure accurate, friendly service.

Responsibilities include food prep, storage, order assembly, and maintaining a clean dining area. Flexible schedules, growth opportunities, and training are emphasized in this fast-casual environment.

Wendy's Is Now Hiring Crew/Team Members in YOUR Local Area!

Wendy's of Western Virginia, a locally owned franchise, with 14 restaurants is always looking for new energetic Crew/Team Members! At your Wendy's, you will assist your team at one of our many restaurants across Roanoke and Lynchburg.

Key responsibilities include greeting customers in the dining room or drive-thru, taking and ringing up orders, food service, handling payment and thanking customers. You'll also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check to make sure they're correct, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
