Job summary

Wendy's of Western Virginia is hiring Crew/Team Members for locations across Roanoke and Lynchburg. You will greet customers, take orders, perform food service, and ensure accurate orders while keeping a clean, safe environment.

Both part-time and full-time roles are available with flexible hours and opportunities for advancement. Experience is helpful but not required; a friendly demeanor and strong customer service skills are highly valued.

Wendy's of Western Virginia, a locally owned franchise, with 14 restaurants is always looking for new energetic Crew/Team Members! At your Wendy's, you will assist your team at one of our many restaurants across Roanoke and Lynchburg.

Key responsibilities

Key responsibilities include greeting customers in the dining room or drive‑thru, taking and ringing up orders, food service, handling payment and thanking customers. You'll also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check to make sure they're correct, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
