Wendy's of Western Virginia is hiring Crew/Team Members for our Lynchburg-area restaurants. You’ll greet customers, take orders, serve food, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, safe dining environment. Training is provided with opportunities to grow within the team.

Flexible schedules for part-time or full-time roles are available. Competitive hourly wages start at $12.77 per hour, with meal discounts and other perks at Wendy's locations across Roanoke and Lynchburg.

Qualifications

• Reliability is a MUST.
• Some Restaurant/Retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules that may include late nights (Most Drive-Thru's open till Midnight).
• Customer service skills with a smile.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.

Wendy's Is Now Hiring Crew/Team Members in YOUR Local Area!

Wendy's of Western Virginia, a locally owned franchise, with 14 restaurants is always looking for new energetic Crew/Team Members! At your Wendy's, you will assist your team at one of our many restaurants across Roanoke and Lynchburg.

Key responsibilities include greeting customers in the dining room or drive-thru, taking and ringing up orders, food service, handling payment and thanking customers. You'll also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check to make sure they're correct, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
