Job summary

Wendy's of Western Virginia is hiring Crew/Team Members to support fast-casual dining across Roanoke and Lynchburg. You will greet customers, take orders at the drive-thru or dining room, process payments, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Roles include part-time and full-time positions with pay starting at $12.77 per hour, plus benefits like meal discounts and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Reliability is a MUST.
• Experience in restaurant or retail helps but is not required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including late nights (drive-thru often open till Midnight).
• Customer service skills with a smile.

Wendy's of Western Virginia, a locally owned franchise, with 14 restaurants is always looking for new energetic Crew/Team Members! At your Wendy's, you will assist your team at one of our many restaurants across Roanoke and Lynchburg.

Key responsibilities include greeting customers in the dining room or drive-thru, taking and ringing up orders, food service, handling payment and thanking customers. You'll also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check to make sure they're correct, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
