Job summary

Wendy’s is hiring crew members to join our team in Michigan and surrounding areas. As a crew member, you will be crossed-trained across multiple stations, greet guests with a friendly smile, and ensure quick, accurate service while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, support opening and closing procedures, and help maintain a welcoming dining experience for all guests.

Position Overview The essential functions and position standards of a crew member are listed below. Generally, it is necessary for a crew member to be crossed-trained in at least three stations. Each station does not necessarily exist in every restaurant, and sales volumes dictate which station will be used and for how long on each shift. An individual must be able to perform each necessary function satisfactorily.
