Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. in Park Hills, MO seeks a Crew Person to perform assigned tasks in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house setting. You will deliver hot, quality meals, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

You will follow guest service guidelines to provide SUPERSTAR service, assist with station duties, handle food safely, and support cost controls while demonstrating clear communication with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Company Guest service guidelines to ensure guests receive SUPERSTAR service.
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks station areas.
• Ensures guests receive hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers per Menu Standards.
• Follows food safety, handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety.
• Follows cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs; uses products, supplies, equipment properly.
• Demonstrates effective oral communication with internal and external contacts.
