Job summary

CKE Restaurants is seeking a Crew Person responsible for performing specific tasks in the restaurant, ensuring guests have a positive experience, and preparing quality food to standard. The role also focuses on keeping the restaurant clean, pleasant, and safe for all guests and employees.

You will work at a fast-paced station, handling food per standards, following safety procedures, and assisting with various duties as required to meet changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Ability to follow guest service guidelines and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including opening/closing when needed.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Guest service guidelines to ensure Superstar Service.
• Works assigned stations accurately and stocks the area; cleans as needed.
• Prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards.
• Follows food safety, handling and sanitation requirements for safety of guests and staff.
• Follows cash control guidelines to minimize costs; uses products and equipment properly.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties or projects as business needs change.
