Job summary

CKE Restaurants in Missouri is seeking a Crew Person to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will ensure guests receive hot, quality products and friendly service while following safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include working assigned stations, packaging and delivering items per Menu Standards, and supporting a safe, cost-conscious operation. Applicants should be at least 16, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work flexible hours including openings/closings.

Qualifications

Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
Must have reliable transportation to work.
Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide guest service that meets company guidelines and ensures a positive experience for guests.
Works assigned stations, cleans and stocks areas, and performs other cleaning duties as assigned.
Prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards and quality requirements.
Follows food safety, sanitation, and cash-control procedures to ensure safety and minimize costs.
Communicates effectively with guests and staff; performs other duties and projects as needed.
