Position Summary

The Crew Person is responsible for performing specific tasks within the restaurant, providing guests with a positive experience, preparing quality food according to standards, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for guests and staff.

Essential Functions

May perform duties including:

- Following all guest service guidelines to ensure “SUPERSTAR Service”

- Working assigned stations accurately and efficiently; cleaning and stocking stations; performing cleaning duties

- Preparing, packaging, and delivering food according to Menu Standards

- Handling food products following safety, handling, and sanitation procedures

- Following cash control guidelines to minimize costs

- Communicating effectively with internal and external contacts

- Performing additional duties or projects as needed

Position Qualifications/Core Competencies

Enrollment in high school or equivalent is preferred; must be at least 16 years old; reliable transportation required; flexible hours including opening and closing shifts.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Fast-paced environment with kitchen equipment in tight spaces.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Standing for long periods, bending, stooping, working around heat, lifting 50-75 lbs., handling cleaning products.
