Blake’s Lotaburger is seeking Crew Members to deliver a kind and exceptional guest experience through teamwork. Team members rotate through six stations, learning fast and contributing to a smooth, high-energy operation.

We value passionate, process-driven staff who maintain cleanliness, safety and teamwork while engaging with customers. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; must be at least 16 and able to handle a POS system.

Formación

• Must exemplify Blake’s Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.
• Must be professional and have a positive attitude with customer service skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week.
• Professional appearance; Must pass health and safety requirements.
• Able to read/write/speak English; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check; Food Handler Certification within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience for all guests.
• Learn and perform all crew positions: Cashier/Counter Service, Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep and Housekeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant.
• Work as a team with others to ensure accurate order execution and service speed.
