Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger is looking for Crew Members to deliver a kind, high-energy customer experience. You will rotate through multiple stations, learning everything from cashier to grill, while upholding Blake’s core values of KIND, TEAM, PASSION, and PROCESS.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Flexible PT/FT hours are available, with opportunities to grow leadership skills and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ideal candidates have quick-service restaurant experience, but it is not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week.
• Professional, positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking in English; bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a kind and exceptional customer experience through teamwork.
• Learn and rotate across six positions (Cashier/Counter, Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep).
• Maintain cleanliness and follow health and safety procedures.
• Assist with general housekeeping and safe operation of equipment.
