Job summary

Wingstop is looking for energetic Team Members to support restaurant operations. You will help prepare fresh food, assist guests, and maintain a clean dining area. Greet guests with a friendly attitude and ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Flexibility with hours is needed as shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior guest service experience is a plus, and a Food Handler Certification may be required where applicable. Join our team and grow with Wingstop.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience in guest service is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Take orders in person and by phone.
• Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items to Wingstop standards.
• Sauce, season, package, and present food properly.
• Ensure accuracy of orders before serving.
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow food safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Handle cash and process card transactions accurately.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and restocking.
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards.
