Wingstop is hiring a Team Member to maintain fast-paced service, prepare wings and sides, and assist guests at the counter and in the kitchen. You will ensure order accuracy, uphold food safety, and help keep the restaurant clean and welcoming.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude and reliability; prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone.
• Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards.
• Sauce, season, package, and present food properly.
• Ensure all orders are accurate before serving guests.
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately.
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines.
