Enviroscapes in Youngstown, OH is hiring a Landscaping Crew Member to help create beautiful outdoor spaces. If you enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in concrete results, this role offers hands-on work and a supportive team.

Starting pay is $18.10/hour, with benefits including medical, dental, 401(k) and PTO. No prior landscaping experience is required, but reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude help you shine.

• Outdoor experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Work Conditions

Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally if needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate insnow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
