Job summary

Signature Landscape is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to keep properties looking their best through mowing, trimming, planting, and clean-up tasks. You will work outdoors in all weather, operate equipment like mowers, trimmers, and blowers, and take pride in delivering quality work.

You’ll work typical hours with potential overtime, training is provided, and lifting up to 50 lbs is required. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and safety gear will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus, but training is provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Able to work in all weather conditions and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Work with crew under daily direction from Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable).

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties

• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable)

What We're Looking For

• Experience in landscaping a plus, but not required (we provide training)
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long hours
• Able to work in all weather (heat, rain, cold)
• Valid driver's license preferred (some roles may require DOT certification)
• Good attitude, reliable attendance, and team-first mindset

Work Hours

• Typically Monday--Friday, 7:00 AM--6:00 PM (seasonal overtime likely)
• Weekend or on-call hours possible during peak season or snow events
