Job summary

Enviroscapes Group is seeking a Crew Member to perform outdoor landscaping tasks in the Akron/Norton, OH area. This full-time role involves mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, and operating landscaping equipment as part of a team.

Candidates should be able to work outdoors in various weather, lift heavy objects, and have a positive attitude. 18+ years old required; no prior landscaping experience necessary.

Qualifications

• Mow lawns, trim, and edge borders.
• Prune shrubs and low trees.
• Plant and maintain flower beds.
• Mulch, weed, and maintain gardens.
• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Physically able to perform hands-on work and lift heavy objects.
• Reliable team player with a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Mow lawns, trim, and edge borders

• Remove leaves, trash, and other debris
• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers and guests
• Work safely and as part of a team
• Must be18 years or older
• Landscaping or outdoor experience is a plus,but not required
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically able to perform hands-on work and lift heavy objects
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Work Conditions

Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally if needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
