Job summary

YCH Wendy’s in West Chester, PA is seeking Crew Members to join a fast-paced, team‑driven environment where your work helps deliver a great dining experience.

You will greet customers, work the drive-thru, prepare fries, and keep the restaurant clean and stocked while collaborating with teammates to support busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills—you treat customers and coworkers respectfully.
• Someone who notices the little things, like refilling supplies or stepping in when help is needed.
• Ability to take direction well and are eager to learn new skills.
• The ability to stand and move for most (if not all) of your shift.
• Occasional lifting of 25–50 pounds is required.
• Must be age 16 or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
