Job summary

YCH Wendy’s Team is hiring Crew Members to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy quick-service environment. You’ll greet customers, take orders, drive-thru, and help prepare fries while keeping the store clean and stocked. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential for daily success.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to stand for long periods, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth are available within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be age 16 or older.
• Ability to stand and move for most of your shift.
• Occasional lifting of 25–50 pounds.
• Comfortable using a headset and a cash register while following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities
