Job summary

YCH Wendy’s Team in Exton, PA is hiring Crew Members to greet customers with a smile, take orders, and help prepare fries. You’ll rotate between drive-thru, dining room, and prep tasks, keeping the restaurant clean and stocked.

This entry-level role welcomes applicants 16 or older, offers a flexible schedule, and provides an opportunity to grow with the team. You’ll learn safety guidelines, use a headset and cash register, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be age 16 or older.
• Able to stand and move for most shifts.
