Job summary

YCH Wendy’s is seeking Crew Members to join our team and help deliver a positive customer experience. You will greet guests, assist with drive-thru and fry preparation, and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills. Roles involve standing for long periods, occasional lifting, and weather-related tasks, with a flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills—you treat customers and coworkers respectfully.
• Ability to take direction well and are eager to learn new skills.
• The ability to stand and move for most of your shift.
• Occasional lifting of 25–50 pounds is required.
• Must be age 16 or older.
