Job summary

Dunkin in New York, NY is hiring a Crew Member to prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin’s standards, serve guests, and keep a clean, safe workspace.

You will follow brand standards, handle drive-thru/front counter, manage stock, and maintain guest-focused service while working with managers and coworkers in a fast-paced restaurant.

Previous restaurant experience is helpful; training provided is included to help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
• Standing on feet
• Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reaching
• Lifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)
• Working in a small space
