Dunkin in New York's Town of Concord is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to provide fast, friendly service while following brand standards and safety guidelines. You will prepare drinks and food, take orders at drive-thru or front counter, and keep the workspace clean and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Take Drive Thru or Front Counter orders and handle payments (if applicable).
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and service areas.
• Stock items at the workstation and organize the stock room.
• Provide fast, accurate service and meet speed of service standards.
• Communicate with guests and coworkers to ensure a guest-focused environment.

Position Title: Restaurant Team MemberReports To: Restaurant ManagerOverview:A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Responsibilities Include:Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systemsFollow food safety standardsPrepare food and beveragesAssemble and package ordersUnderstand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questionsMaintain a clean and organized workstationClean equipment, service areas, and guest areasStock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstationTake orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guestsServe and communicate with guestsMaintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurantCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersOrganize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areasEducation/Experience:NoneKey Competencies:Works well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeGuest focusedPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feetRepetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reachingLifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)Working in a small spaceEach franchise organization is an independent employer and thus responsible for making its own recruiting, hiring, and employment-related decisions.
