Job description

The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs job responsibilities to ensure all products are of high quality and customer satisfaction is achieved.

This position involves physical tasks such as lifting, squatting, and standing for extended periods. The manager will review essential job functions, which are fundamental activities performed regularly that impact the restaurant's success.

Crew Members are scheduled based on Little Caesars' business needs, and no guarantee of hours can be provided.

• Serves customers according to the Ten Customer Service Standards, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the Telephone and Front Counter procedures.
• Prepares high-quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications, procedures, and training materials.
• Maintains a professional appearance as outlined in the employee handbook and as directed by management.
• Cleans and organizes work stations and other areas to uphold restaurant standards.
• Practices safety and security procedures as defined in the employee handbook and required by government agencies.
• Follows company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the employee handbook and as directed by management.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to squat or crouch to lift items from the floor.
• Ability to twist the back up to 90 degrees left and right.
• Ability to bend the back up to 90 degrees to lift objects from the floor.
