Burger King is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service and support operations under the direction of store management. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare items, and help maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment on a flexible schedule.
The role requires 16+ years old, ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and 1–2 years of quick-service experience. Full-time opportunities include benefits under ACA compliance.
The Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager, Shift Leader, and Production Leaders. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.
Greets guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments
Prepares and packages food and drink products
Responsible for always maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant including dining room, kitchen, restroom & exterior
Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
Follows Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies
Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact in a positive and professional and professional manner with guests and coworkers
Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Occasionally lift, move, carry and stack cartons up to 50 pounds from various heights to/from shelves
Stand and walk for long period of time (duration of shift)
Occasionally climb on stools or ladders and reach for items located on shelves
Frequently squat or stoop to reach items on low shelves or off the floor
Routinely reach overhead, forward and underneath shelves, counters, tables, and kitchen equipment
Requires frequent motions of bending, wiping, sweeping and mopping
Frequent exposure to fluctuating temperatures in areas such as cooler, freezer and cooking sections of restaurant
