Job summary

Counter Service in New York, NY is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support sandwich preparation, order processing, and exceptional guest service in a fast-paced kitchen and dining area.

You will operate makeline stations, handle orders, and interact with customers while following health protocols and collaborating with the crew to deliver a high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year food service experience (Required).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable using restaurant technology systems.
• NYC Food Handlers Certificate (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate makeline stations, including sandwich prep & assembly.
• Accurately bag and check orders for completeness and quality.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and ensure friendly, attentive service.
• Follow health and safety protocols to maintain the highest food and sanitation standards.
• Work closely with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations during each shift.
• Maintain consistent and dependable attendance in alignment with scheduled shifts.

We are looking for a restaurant Team Member to help drive excellence.. The restaurant crew member is key to delivering an exceptional dining experience through expert sandwich preparation, precise order bagging, and outstanding customer service..

Essential Functions

• Food Preparation & Service: Operate makeline stations, including sandwich prep & assembly.
• Order Processing: Accurately bag and check orders for completeness and quality.
• Customer Interaction: Operate the point-of-sale system and ensure friendly, attentive service.
• Quality & Safety: Follow health and safety protocols to maintain the highest food and sanitation standards.
• Teamwork & Efficiency: Work closely with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations during each shift.
• Attendance & Reliability: Maintain consistent and dependable attendance in alignment with scheduled shifts. Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute to a high-functioning production environment.

Required & Preferred Qualifications
