Job summary

Deux Luxe Burgers in New York is seeking a Counter Team Member / FOH Manager Assistant to join a high-volume gourmet burger team. You will warmly greet guests, take orders, and help keep the counter area organized while supporting the FOH Manager.

We value friendly, energetic individuals who communicate well in English, multitask under pressure, and are available for open shifts including weekends. A Food Handler’s license is preferred or obtainable, with competitive hourly pay and tips.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Counter Team Member to join our front-of-house team and assist our FOH Manager. Our restaurant is rated #1 in New York for gourmet burgers and consistently recognized among the top 5 burger restaurants in the United States. . . We take pride in serving exceptional food while creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.. .

Responsibilities.

• Welcome guests with a warm and positive attitude.
• Take and accurately enter customer orders.
• Pack food neatly and efficiently for dine-in and takeout orders.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming counter area.
• Support the FOH Manager with daily front-of-house operations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and FOH team members.
• Help ensure every guest receives excellent service.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Follow food safety and restaurant standards.
