Job summary

Chambers Donuts LLC in New York is seeking a Crew Member to prioritise Guests, manage busy periods with calm, and enthusiastically support product knowledge and service standards. You will learn through Dunkin University-style training, contribute to cleanliness and safety, and assist teammates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include handling payments, learning to operate restaurant equipment, and continuously improving communication with guests while meeting uniform

• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Must also be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Principal Responsibilities and Key Activities:

• Holds the Guest as their most important priority at all times
• Handles high-pressure situations calmly
• Is able to resolve customer concerns utilizing LAST with respect and a sense of urgency
• Understands all hospitality standards and holds self-accountable for them
• Must complete all required training on Dunkin University
• Contributes to inside and outside cleanliness standards
• Acknowledges all Guests and is highly responsive to needs and special requests
• Communicates Guest feedback to restaurant management
• Educates Guests on product line and added value available to them
• Adheres to all uniform and grooming standards
• Communicates in English and seeks assistance to improve communication skills
• Actively participates in meeting all cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards

Works with other Team Members:

• Treats people fairly and with respect
• Assists in training and coaching of new Crew Members
