Job summary

Harri.com is seeking a front‑line Guest Service role at our New York location. You will prioritize Guests, handle high‑pressure moments calmly, and resolve concerns with urgency and respect.

Training through Dunkin University supports your growth and adherence to cleanliness standards. You will communicate with guests, educate them on products, and collaborate with teammates to ensure excellent service and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to lift 30 lbs.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests needs and exceed their expectations.

Principal Responsibilities and Key Activities:

• Holds the Guest as their most important priority at all times

• Is able to resolve customer concerns utilizing LAST with respect and a sense of urgency
• Understands all hospitality standards and holds self-accountable for them
• Must complete all required training on Dunkin University
• Contributes to inside and outside cleanliness standards
• Acknowledges all Guests and is highly responsive to needs and special requests
• Communicates Guest feedback to restaurant management
• Educates Guests on product line and added value available to them
• Adheres to all uniform and grooming standards
• Communicates in English and seeks assistance to improve communication skills
• Actively participates in meeting all cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards
