Position Overview:

As a Crew Member, you will champion Papa Murphy's commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:

1. Prioritizing and completing tasks efficiently to ensure smooth store operations.
2. Maintaining sanitation, food safety, and safety standards.
3. Creating a welcoming environment where every guest feels special, and all areas are neat and pizzas are of the highest quality.

Front of House

1. Master all stations: preparing pizzas, handling transactions, making menu suggestions.
2. Promote specials, add-on sales, and loyalty programs.
3. Show extra care by assisting guests, such as opening doors or carrying pizzas to cars.
4. Follow proper transaction procedures.

Back of House

1. Operate and clean equipment safely according to Papa Murphy's standards.
2. Follow procedures for making, prepping, storing, and rotating products to ensure quality.
3. Perform duties of the runner or dish person as needed.

2. Ability to build positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests
3. Knowledge of food safety; food handler's card and/or ServeSafe certification is preferred but not required.

Other Requirements

1. Stand and walk regularly; use hands for handling and feeling; reach with arms.
2. Bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally.
3. Perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables, sweeping, and mopping.
4. Lift/move up to 30 pounds.
5. Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
