Compensation: $11.25 per hour plus tips.

Summary

As part of our Restaurant Squad, Crew Members aim to consistently deliver great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience. You’ll make pizzas that are as beautiful and fun as you are, in a cool environment with authentic vibes.

You will make pizzas for pineapple adventurers, plant-based pioneers, pepperoni perfectionists, late-night explorers, cheese lovers, and olive dodgers. Together, we create an experience focused on making sure everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads, and more for customers
• Package customer orders efficiently
• Follow all food safety and quality standards
• Keep the restaurant clean and prepared for service
• Demonstrate hospitality fundamentals (friendly, accurate, and fast) on every shift
• Work with your Squad to create an authentic customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Passion for people, enjoyment in connecting with team members and customers
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the restaurant’s success
