Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Popeyes team. As a Crew Member, you will greet and serve guests, prepare and package food, operate a Point of Sale (POS) system, and maintain sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

1. Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
3. Prepare and package customer orders to satisfaction.
4. Clean and prepare cooking and prep areas.
5. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
6. Ensure food quality and quantity.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
• Basic math, written, and verbal skills.
