Job Posting: Maintenance Person

A McDonald's Crew Trainer is a critical part of our team. They are required to perform the same responsibilities as a crew member throughout the restaurant. This includes greeting customers cheerfully, taking orders, and operating the register. They also operate kitchen equipment, preparing and grilling food as necessary. Throughout the shift, they assist with keeping the restaurant clean and fully stocked. Additionally, Crew Trainers mentor new team members by providing training on each station within the store.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting customers with a smile
• Taking accurate food orders
• Properly preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food
• Monitoring restaurant cleanliness
• Ensuring items are well stocked
• Training and mentoring new crew members
• Communicating clearly and effectively
• Leading by example

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read and write
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to count money and give accurate change
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Must be at least 16 years old with a minimum of a 9th-grade education

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position can be physically demanding. The employee may need to stand for extended periods, lift objects up to 20 lbs regularly, and perform repetitive tasks with few breaks.
