Job summary

CA Planet is seeking a Crew Member to deliver superior customer service and create a positive member experience for Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests. You will greet guests, handle front desk activities, sign up new members, and guide tours to help growth and engagement.

• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.

• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
