Job summary

Omotenashi Hospitality is seeking versatile Team Members to support kitchen operations and guest service. You will follow standardized recipes, prepare hot and cold dishes, and maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires strong teamwork, clear communication with guests and staff, and a professional appearance. Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop your skills in food preparation and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 3 shifts per week minimum.
• Able to work in a busy, fast environment.
• Develop positive working relationships with restaurant staff and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes including prepping, cooking, dough mixing, and knife safety.
• Handle hot and cold food prep accurately, neatly, and timely.
• Prepare food throughout the day and anticipate business volume.
• Maintain portion control and monitor food levels on the line.
• Adhere to food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while cooking.
