Job summary

Omotenashi offers a hospitality-driven kitchen role focused on consistent food preparation and guest service. Team Members follow recipes, prepare hot and cold items, and maintain sanitation throughout service.

You will work in a busy environment with at least 3 shifts per week, develop teamwork, communicate clearly with guests and staff, and adhere to a punctual attendance policy and kitchen procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes such as prepping, cooking, and mixing dough.

• Prepare food throughout the day as needed and anticipate business volume.
• Maintain appropriate portion control and monitor food levels on the line.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest interaction.
